Our beautiful 24 year old patient is seen 1 year after rhinoplasty surgery. She disliked the size of her nose and felt it was distracting. Her profile appearance bothered her the most. After surgery, you can see a deprojected nasal profile appearance with hump removal and tip deprojection and rotation. The result is a smaller, less distracting, and more feminine nasal appearance that has also resulted in improved self-esteem.
Our beautiful patient is seen one year after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. She did not like her crooked nasal appearance, bump, and bulbous droopy nasal tip appearance. She also had internal nasal valve obstruction on her right that required spreader grafting. Her deviated septum was corrected and you can see a less distracting, natural looking, and better-breathing nose.
