Our beautiful patient is seen 13 months after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty in our practice. Before surgery, she felt her nose was too large and crooked. She had nasal trauma in the fifth grade. You can see a straighter and narrower nasal appearance with tip rotation and hump removal. Her deviated septum was straightened, and spreader grafts were used to provide a straighter nasal appearance and better nasal breathing.
