Our 42 year old handsome patient traveled far to see us, mainly for our expertise with acne scarring. He had several other modalities of treatment, and he was persistently dissatisfied with indentations, and broad based scars involving both of his cheeks and temples. He also requested a Silikon-1000 treatment to camouflage the profile bump on his nose. He was in town and visited us for post-procedure photography. You can see smoother cheeks, and improvement in his right cheek deep indentation. A second treatment to his nose was offered, but he was happy with his natural looking improvement.

Our patient was happy with the appearance of his nose, except he was self-conscious of a profile bump. Photos are after a third treatment with microdroplet Silikon-1000 to raise the upper bridge of our gracious patients nose. Results with microdroplet Silikon-1000 are permanent when used for non-surgical nose job procedures. Our lovely patient never had a rhinoplasty. She was dissatisfied with the appearance of the indentation of her left bridge, and excessive nostril show. You can see a straighter and more pleasing nasal appearance after her second treatment with Silikon-1000, a permanent soft tissue filler well suited for permanent non-surgical nose job treatments. There is never a risk of necrosis, embolism, stroke, or blindness with Silikon-1000. Those complications are associated with temporary gel fillers like HA.

Our beautiful young lady visited us from out-of-state for a revision rhinoplasty, since she couldn't find a local surgeon who was comfortable performing a revision rhinoplasty. After we discussed the pluses and minuses of surgery, versus a permanent non-surgical approach with microdroplet Silikon-1000, she left our office with a straight nose! She was a particularly good candidate for Silikon-1000 because her reverse-C shaped bridge was very thin. We filled the large concavity on her left bridge, and we also added a few droplets to her left bridge for symmetry. These results were taken immediately after her procedure, so you can see blanching from our topical anesthetic along with nasal redness that will subside in hours, not days - all for the fraction of the fees associated with revision rhinoplasty. She went from hating her nose to loving it in half an hour, with no pain and downtime. She will likely need one more treatment in a month or longer to "top it off" after her swelling subsides. Her results are permanent.
