Our lovely 21 year old patient is seen 6 months following two permanent non-surgical nose job treatments, and two permanent chin augmentation treatments with microdroplet Silikon-1000. She had a previous rhinoplasty in 2014 and was bothered by a persistent profile bump, and deep creases in her nasal tip. Her correction has led to a smaller nasal appearance on profile and on front view while eliminating stigmata of previous nasal surgery.

Our 35 year old patient is seen following two treatments with Silikon-1000, a permanent soft tissue filler. She received two treatments to her chin, nose, lips, chin, and nasolabial folds. She was born with deep supra-alar creases in her nasal tip, and she had a dorsal hump. After her treatments, you can see a significantly improved nasal tip appearance on front view, and nasal hump reduction on profile. You can also see slight chin augmentation on profile. This is a dramatic example of the versatility of microdroplet Silikon-1000 used for a permanent non-surgical rhinoplasty. Medical grade silicone oil has a 50-year track record of safety, precision, and permanence. Silikon-1000 may be a wonderful option for correcting irregularities after rhinoplasty surgery. Our handsome patient had rhinoplasty performed elsewhere and was bothered by many stigmata of surgery. Before his treatment, you can see an over-resected nasal appearance with a “saddle nose” deformity, tip irregularities, a pinched tip, and nostril asymmetry. Adding small amounts of permanent volume to his nose has led to a more pleasing, and less “operated” nasal appearance.
Our patient developed an indentation along the side of her nose after trauma. Two treatments with microdroplet Silikon-1000 led to a permanent straightening of her nasal appearance. No surgery and no downtime.
