Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty #26
Our patient developed an indentation along the side of her nose after trauma. Two treatments with microdroplet Silikon-1000 led to a permanent straightening of her nasal appearance. No surgery and no downtime.

Our patient had rhinoplasty performed elsewhere and she wanted improvement in the appearance of her nasal profile. Her nasal bridge was a bit low with the appearance of a bump. Microdroplet Silikon-1000 was used to fill the indentations along her bridge and that led to a more pleasing and less operated appearance - and a very happy patient.
Our patient had rhinoplasty performed elsewhere and she didn’t like the pinched and asymmetrical appearance of her nasal tip. Her visible tip cartilages are referred to as “nasal bossae”. She also wanted to improve her curved nasal appearance from an indentation along her right bridge. Two treatments with microdroplet Silikon-1000 were necessary to provide a straighter, and less operated widened tip appearance. Revision rhinoplasty surgery was not necessary.
In our experience, microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be the best option to restore nasal tip symmetry and to provide nostril lowering after the previous rhinoplasty. Our patient had rhinoplasty elsewhere and requested a permanent nonsurgical approach for improving her tip symmetry. Her results are permanent and she was glad to avoid further nasal surgery.
Some people are overall happy with their noses, but a small profile bump may be a source of dissatisfaction. These photos demonstrate permanent nonsurgical rhinoplasty with microdroplet Silikon-1000 for permanently camouflaging the appearance of a small dorsal hump. Our patient required three treatments.
